告訴我懷孕的最佳性交做法

遺憾的是，沒有理想的性交方法可以幫助夫妻懷孕。事實上，性交後仰臥並不會促進精子進入輸卵管。同樣，女性不需要雙腳懸空式仰臥。

精子立即到達輸卵管

根據美國生殖醫學協會（簡稱ASRM）最近的一份報告，無論性交行為如何，射精幾分鐘後都可以在輸卵管中發現精子。在一項研究中發現，排卵期間在子宮頸處放置的精子15分鐘內就會進入輸卵管。它們移動到輸卵管並被排出到腹腔，而非積聚在輸卵管的壺腹部分。另一項研究中，卵泡期做好標記的微小顆粒被放置在後陰道穹隆位置後，可能短短2分鐘內就到達輸卵管。研究者觀察到這些微小顆粒僅出現於卵巢旁邊含有優勢卵泡的那側輸卵管內，而未出現於對面的輸卵管中。儘管女性的性高潮可能促進精子運輸，但性高潮與生育能力之間沒有已知的關聯。此外，也沒有令人信服的證據表明特定的性交行為與嬰兒性別之間存在任何關聯。不過，請注意，在試管受精治療期間，生育專家會建議患者在胚胎移植後平躺5分鐘。

患者能或不能使用什麼樣的潤滑劑？
